Meet at 9am at Spotlight car park Queanbeyan.
We will drive 8km to a turnoff just beyond Burbong Bridge past the large shed. Parking will be at the yellow gun club gate.
A 3 hour 10km return walk mostly on forestry tracks with a circuit around historic ruins, machinery and graves marking the first settlement in the Kowen area.
Carry lunch and water. A gentle undulating walk with no facilities.
